As CCT slowly resumed its operations, the ministry focused in rebuilding the CCT Multipurpose Cooperative — its microfinance ministry.

Guided by 2 Timothy 2:2, the management decentralized operations and empowered reliable men and women to shepherd the CCT communities. The organizational restructuring paved the way to better manifest and demonstrate the CCT identity and calling.

From a five-level organizational structure, the CCT Multipurpose Cooperative now only has two levels where everyone is called a Faith Community Missionary and is grouped according to Area Shepherds. CCT also began a more intentional integration of its pastors with the cooperative operations to ensure continued spiritual development of its community partners.

The Area Shepherds nationwide continue to meet weekly via zoom to ensure alignment and unity in the ministry operations.
